Q: What is your Warranty?
A: sbservice.ca warrants that on the date of original purchase of any pre-packaged, sealed product that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. If, during the warranty period, the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, the original manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply.(excluding labour costs if any). To obtain warranty information regarding the product you are purchasing, kindly contact us and we will do our best to provide you with all the information necessary to make you comfortable with your future purchase!

 

Q: Do I need to have an account in order to purchase bulk quantities of parts for my business?

Q: I don’t see the type of product I wish to purchase. Can S&B supply parts other than the types already listed on your website?
A: Yes. Although certain products may not currently be listed on our website, our supply chain of business’ is ever increasing. If there is a specific type of product you wish to purchase, please feel at ease to Contact Us with a description of the product you are seeking.
